Marc Hemmett - Managing Director

Marc joined the CSSP Pty Ltd in 1993 as the Systems Manager for the Group. He has over 20 years experience in IT, working for companies like Honeywell, Datronics, Microcomp and then supporting many Blue chip companies like Telstra, AMP, Reserve Bank, British Aerospace to name a few. After joining CSSP Pty Ltd, the role expanded into supporting the clients on their many different platforms.

After a year it was recognised that there was a business opportunity to establish an IT support company and so Kensington Computer Services was formed and he was appointed as the Managing Director. The business then grew in SA and then expanded in NSW, when in 1997 he moved to Sydney and was then appointed NSW Manager for CSSP as well.

In 2011 CSSP Pty Ltd was sold to the JDM Technology Group and as part of the acquisition, they also purchased Kensington Computer Services Pty Ltd and appointed Marc as the Managing Director for CSSP Pty Ltd.

When not at work he can be found driving the tractor and enjoying all the South Coast has to offer.

 

Dave Hodson– CHEOPS Senior Executive

Dave joined CSSP in 1985 “for about 2 years” and has seen CHEOPS grow from 2 Clients to several hundred during that time. A Quantity Surveyor by background Dave has been involved in all aspects of CHEOPS except actual programming and was a Director and Shareholder of CSSP prior to the acquisition by Explorer Group.

When not at work one of Dave’s main loves is playing guitar in a Pop/Rock Band – booking enquiries welcomed!”

Peter Knights - Client Manager

As a founding member of CSSP in 1983, Peter started as a software developer. Later roles meant spending 5 years in Hong Kong supporting CSSPs HK Government projects, including the then "new" airport, management of the internal ISO 9000 certified Quality Assurance system, Finance/Administration and since the acquisition of CSSP by the JDM Technology Group, his current role as Client Manager

Peter enjoys being the first point of contact a potential customer has with CSSP and the challenge of turning them into a long term relationship.

Outside of work Peter works as a volunteer helping to maintain local nature reserves and a project to bring public sculpture to the Adelaide Hills.

 

Michael Anderson - Development Manager

Michael has been working with CSSP for over 20 years starting as a junior programmer and working up to his current position. He has extensive knowledge of Cheops and other related products. Michael was appointed to his current role in May 2014.

 

Evely Kanaris - Support Manager

Evely joined CSSP in January 2009 with over 18 years of accounting software experience Evely has been involved in Implementing, training and providing accounting and payroll support for many businesses. Evely strives to build trust and strong long term relationships with CSSP customers. Evely’s goal as Customer Service Manager is to create long-term strategies for growth and maintenance of the Customer Service Division.

 

Marzena Glazewski - Testing & Release Manager

Marzena has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, having graduated from the University of South Australia with a Applied Science and Computer Studies and Information Science degree. She started her career in the development of small software applications for Automotive Finance and Insurance Industry.

In January 2001 she joined CSSP as a Programmer Analyst working on enhancements and bug fixes across the Cheops modules including Purchasing, Invoicing, Sub Contracts, Variations, Labour Costing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset and Payroll. In Sept 2007 she moved into the QA role working with the Testing and Release team, and in August 2010 was appointed Testing and Release Manager for CSSP.

Marzena’s goal as Testing and Release Manager is to ensure high quality product releases which meet customer requirements.

 

Darren McDonald - Implementations Manager

Darren joined CSSP in April 1995 after 13 years with the South Australia Police. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the School of Mathematics at Flinders University. After starting as a Programmer, Darren has held a variety of roles at CSSP including Quality and Standards Manager and Customer Service Manager. In November 2011 Darren became CSSP’s first Delivery Manager with overall responsibility for the management of CSSP’s installation and training activities.

When not at work, Darren can be found playing the tuba with the Marion City Brass Band.
